Ron Antonelli

Bio

Ron Antonelli is an award winning photojournalist working in the New York City area. In 2005 he was named Photographer of the Year by the New York Press Photographers Association as well as being recognized by the Pictures of the Year International contest for his coverage of events surrounding the exile of Hatian President Jean-Bertrand Aristide. Ron graduated from the State University of New York at Albany in 1997 with a degree in History and Art. After stints working at the Register Star in Hudson, NY and the Bristol Press in Bristol, CT, Ron spent time working as a freelance photographer in New York untill he was hired on staff at the New York Daily News in 2003. He now lives wth his wife and two children in Oradell, NJ.
